I have been servicing Condominiums for the past 17 years, which has given me a working understanding and expertise regarding the ‘ins and outs’ of Condominium maintenance requirements. R-Man Roofing and R-Man Contracting offer a valuable asset to Property Managers in that both major and minor projects and repairs are competently and quickly addressed, at a reasonable price. I am also available to attend your Board of Directors meetings or meet Property Managers or Directors on site to further ensure an understanding of our products, services and installation methods.
